As with any 22 ya gotta bring different brands of ammo especially during break-in, figure out what works best. My friends and I have had to try multiple brands with every 22 we've had, always find brand they like and tbh most of them like cci minimag. In your case it did say don't run it on officer model but I also can't see mechanically why not

I would say for anyone who gets them. File down the stamped edges. It's razor sharp. I got a cut before I even got them out of the box. I took thick duct tape and ran it down the full length on both sides.

Thanks so much for this! I use to do home appliance repair/installs many years ago and forgot the Frigidaires were this way. But thankfully I’m replacing it with a GE that will actually drop down the proper way when it comes time to replace it. Like yours, I removed the vent cover on the top-front and had to unscrew the 2 screws on each side to pull it out.

I think the ramps are stronger, if the end plates are attached beneath the ramp, instead of on top of the ramp…

I agree. The carburetor base gasket is on wrong. The hole for the crankcase pulse is being blocked off because you have the gasket flipped onto the opposite side. I am willing to bet this motor runs and dies after a few minutes when the bowl runs out of fuel.

Ive never had mine apart. I know i should but just never have. It funtions great so i just drop a little oil in it and clean the barrel lol.

That’s entirely too tight. When adrenaline starts to flow in the midst of instant violence when your relying on instinct & reacting -you’re not going to remember to ”twist” that gun from the holster. Unless you train that way. You couldn’t get it out the holster even w/ gun review.

I have the same motor got the boat from my grandpa, put it in water to run it before I took it out and it’s not peeing, asked him and he said he can’t remember if it did right away or not does yours pee right away or does it have to get to a certain temp first
